YOGA

At the end of the school day, Mr. Sam likes to do yoga with the students. Stretching and having fun while learning to unwind combine with positive deep breathing exercises. Yoga can last up to 15 minutes and the students love it. They have improved with practice in their poses and in their ability to truly relax.

BTW, check out our cool Smart Board. It is working GREAT and we all love it so much. What a cool thing to have!
